Wax Maintenance: Exfoliation and After Wax Serum
Exfoliation
Exfoliating should be done 24-48 hours after a wax and every other day even as the new hair grows in. Too much exfoliation can cause breakage in the skin.

After Wax Serum
You should use an after care ingrown serum after a wax which helps reduce the chances of ingrown hair as the area heals.

Staying consistent with the exfoliating and using a serum will help with a painless,
flawless waxing experience every time.
Policies
Cancellation Policy:
You have up to 24 hours to cancel/reschedule your appointment in order for your
deposits/payments to be transferred to your next booking. You then have 30 days to reschedule your next appointment, or you will forfeit your deposit.
If you book and do a “no call, no show” your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be needed for a new appointment.
*You can update your appointment by clicking the confirmation link given to you via
email after booking.*
Shop Rules:
Please read the following upon booking:
● NO children/pets are allowed in the suite
● There will be a 15 minute grace period granted to you, (if you are running behind
please let me know) after 10 minutes you will have to reschedule.
● Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
● You must use the online booking tool to book services. Please do not call or text for appointments, as all available appointments are posted.
●Acceptable payment methods include, Credit Card Cash , Zelle and Apple Pay. We do not accept Cash App.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer any returns, refunds,
or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.

How often should I get Brazilian wax?
We recommend our clients to return every 4-5 weeks.
What types of wax does BloLuxe use?
We use a very high quality hard wax that goes on easy, and comes off smooth.
Should I trim before my service?
No, if necessary our Wax Specialist will trim before the service begins.
How long can hair be in order to be waxed?
Hair needs to be at least 1/4 of an inch or longer (length of grain of rice).
Can I get Brazilian Wax during my pregnancy?
Yes, you can be waxed during your pregnancy.
Do you service men?
Yes, we currently service men from the waist up, which includes the back, chest, and arm areas.
